Wallets attributed to Trump Media & Technology Group moved 2,628 bitcoin, worth about $165 million, to Crypto.com over the weekend, according to CoinDesk's review of Arkham-labeled addresses.

The movement matters because it narrows the visible pool of bitcoin tied to the Truth Social parent. CoinDesk reported that wallets linked to the company have moved out 7,281 bitcoin since a previously reported 11,542 bitcoin purchase, leaving 4,261 bitcoin visible at the labeled addresses. The article framed the remaining balance as potentially tied to loan collateral rather than an unrestricted treasury position.

That interpretation should be treated cautiously. Exchange deposits can precede sales, custody changes, financing arrangements or internal treasury management, and public labels are not the same as company confirmation. Trump Media had not, based on the available filings and public pages checked for this article, published a matching update explaining the transfer.

Even with that caveat, the transaction is notable for crypto-treasury watchers. Public companies that hold bitcoin are increasingly judged not only by headline purchase size, but by whether coins remain visible, pledged, borrowed against or moved to venues where their next use is harder to inspect. For Trump Media, the latest reported transfer turns a large bitcoin reserve story into a more specific question about liquidity and encumbrance.
