BitMine Immersion Technologies said its Ethereum holdings reached 5,815,164 ETH as of Aug. 16, bringing the company to 4.8% of Ethereum's reported 120.7 million token supply.

The company said it added 9,926 ETH during the past week. At the Coinbase price cited in the release, $1,893 per ETH, BitMine valued the Ethereum position at about $11 billion. It also reported 210 bitcoin, $78 million in cash and marketable securities, and listed stakes in Beast Industries and Eightco.

The update keeps BitMine close to its stated goal of acquiring 5% of ETH supply. That target is unusual because it puts a public company treasury strategy at a scale normally associated with protocol-native entities, exchanges, or large funds rather than a single listed operating company.

BitMine also said 5,067,309 ETH was staked through its MAVAN platform and staking partners, representing roughly 87% of its ETH position. The company described MAVAN as institutional staking infrastructure, but the release's projected staking revenue figures depend on annualized yields and future staking scale.

The significance is less the weekly purchase than the concentration. Corporate digital-asset treasuries have become a recurring crypto-market theme, and BitMine's Ethereum position is now large enough to matter for discussions about liquidity, staking concentration, and public-market exposure to ETH.
